Price

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and guarantee. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item. The invoice is to be kept for future use. Not covered: damage due to improper maintenance, non-compliance with the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

 

Availability

Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance of our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to ok-deco. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

Payment terms

Payment methods: direct bank transfer and Paypal payment

 

Delivery and transport

The available items are sent by post within approximately 10 to 15 days. The delivery price is included in the sale price.

NOTE: ok-deco does not deliver any goods to minors, unless authorized in writing by the parents or guardian.

 

Legal guarantee

Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to inform us of any defect.

 

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Lausanne.

 

Data protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for the order processing may be communicated to partners exclusively for fulfilling the purchase.

 

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels from ok-deco), within 7 days after receipt of the package. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
